Nolan f115874e65 Compress referenced images; remove 272 unused images from static/ 
- Compressed 21 used JPEG/PNG images in-place:
  JPEG via jpegoptim (-m85 -s), PNG via optipng (-o4)
  Overall static/ size reduced from 1.9 GB to 99 MB
- Removed 272 unused images (770 MB) that were not
  referenced by any markdown post; originals preserved
  in ~/dev/ministry-unused-images/ and ~/dev/backup-orig/
